Cheryl Meredith brings more than a decade of real estate experience, strong local market knowledge and a hands-on approach to helping buyers and sellers throughout North Metro Atlanta. A REALTOR® since 2014 and Certified Staging Advocate, Cheryl has built her business around thoughtful preparation, strategic marketing and the belief that successful real estate begins with understanding both the property and the people behind the move.

A longtime Canton and Cherokee County resident, Cheryl has lived and worked in the North Metro Atlanta area for more than 20 years. Her knowledge of the area goes far beyond market statistics. She understands the neighborhoods, schools, amenities and lifestyle because she is actively involved in the community herself. That firsthand perspective is especially valuable to families relocating to Cherokee County and to homeowners who want an agent who understands how to market not only their house, but the community surrounding it.

As a Certified Staging Advocate, Cheryl brings a buyer-focused perspective to every listing. She helps sellers determine what buyers are likely to notice, which improvements may strengthen a home's appeal and—just as importantly—which projects are unlikely to provide enough return to justify the expense. Her staging background is paired with extensive hands-on experience in listing presentation, photography, digital marketing, social media and property positioning, allowing her to take an active role in how each home is presented to the market.

Community involvement has also been a significant part of Cheryl's life outside of real estate. She has spent years in neighborhood leadership and community outreach, organizing local events and programs designed to bring residents together. Her involvement has also included leadership and volunteer roles within local schools and PTA, giving her strong connections to the families and communities she serves. For Cheryl, being a local REALTOR® means more than selling homes in an area—it means being invested in what makes that area a great place to live.

As co-leader of MY Home Group with Atlanta Communities, Cheryl works alongside Certified Residential Appraiser Meredith Young, giving clients the benefit of two distinct professional perspectives. Meredith brings appraisal-informed insight into value and market support, while Cheryl focuses on buyer perception, presentation and marketing.
